Phoenix Management Corp. was founded in 1989 by
Terrence M. Cooke. Phoenix’s predecessor, Terrence Cooke & Co.,
Inc. was founded in 1968 by Mr. Cooke. Our management portfolio
extends from investor-owned office and retail space to
cooperatives, condominiums (both residential and commercial),
and other single and multi-family residential developments. We
presently manage approximately one thousand residential units in
approximately twelve properties located in Fairfield and New
Haven Counties. We are not, by a long shot, the largest property
management firm in the area. But, we never set out to become the
biggest!.
To us, our customers’ satisfaction
has always been more important than the size of our company. In
this regard, it is noteworthy that a large proportion of our
clients have been with us for ten years or more, and two have
been clients for over twenty years. We pride ourselves on this
longevity and the obvious high degree of client satisfaction
that this record indicates. Few if any of our competitors, large
or small, could boast of such a record.
Phoenix Management Corp. is a
licensed real estate broker and registered community association
manager in the State of Connecticut and is a member of the
Connecticut and National Association of Realtors, the Community
Association Institute and the Property Management Section of the
NAR (Terrence Cooke is a Founding Member). |
Our president, Noel F. Cooke, CPM®, is a licensed real estate broker and a Certified
Property Manager®. Mr. Cooke holds the Certified
Assisted Housing Manager designation from the National
Leased Housing Association and the Certified Manager of
Maintenance designation from the National Center for
Housing Management, as well as the GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors. |
